During my recent stay at Optimum Plaza, I was profoundly impressed by the really good service, particularly when the staff went above and beyond to locate my lost wallet, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest well-being. The air conditioning provided a much-needed respite from the summer heat, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay, while the mini-bar, stocked with a good selection, added a touch of indulgence to my evenings on the terrace. the complimentary toiletries were of high quality, elevating my overall experience and reflecting the hotel's attention to detail. I can confidently say that Optimum Plaza exceeded my high expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene and satisfying getaway.
